Hotel needs some care. The curtains in my room (419) were hanging off the rail. The shower sprayed everywhere and needed descaling badly.

Property served its purpose. Clean, low cost accommodations for a few evenings. Our room had a leaky pipe which made a mess in the bathroom. We reported it to the front desk but suspect they found nothing. However the next morning the entire bathroom was soaking wet again. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was abt an hour away (€60)from the airport. The tram is right outside the front door -however we took a cab/Uber to the Eiffel Tower. Uber fees varied during peak period (€15-€30) This hotel was an affordable alternative to the bigger name brand hotels.
